2. Service Scope

Classwork Squad provides advisory and educational academic support. Services may include guidance, mentoring, editing, tutoring, research assistance, publication-readiness review, formatting, project mentoring, presentation preparation, and learning support.

Our work is intended to help you understand, plan, improve, revise, and responsibly complete your own academic or research work. We do not guarantee a specific grade, mark, supervisor approval, review outcome, publication acceptance, scholarship result, visa result, employment outcome, or institutional decision.

  • Research topic and scope guidance.
  • Methodology and analysis planning support.
  • Editing, proofreading, formatting, and citation consistency review.
  • Tutoring, project mentoring, code review, debugging explanation, and viva or presentation preparation.
  • Manuscript review, journal-fit guidance, reviewer-response planning, and publication-readiness checks.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for using the services lawfully, honestly, and in line with your institution's rules, journal policies, funding obligations, workplace policies, and applicable law.

  • Provide accurate requirements, deadlines, instructions, source materials, and institutional rules.
  • Verify all sources, citations, references, calculations, code, data, claims, and final content before use.
  • Make the final academic, research, authorship, submission, and disclosure decisions yourself.
  • Disclose editing, tutoring, AI assistance, mentoring, or research support where your institution, journal, supervisor, employer, or funder requires it.
  • Do not ask Classwork Squad to act as your instructor, examiner, institution, co-author, supervisor, reviewer, or representative unless this is expressly permitted and documented.

4. Prohibited Use

You must not use the website, consultations, deliverables, drafts, notes, examples, or any other Classwork Squad support for dishonest academic conduct or misrepresentation.

  • Plagiarism, unauthorized copying, or presenting another person's work as your own.
  • Impersonation, including asking us to attend classes, interviews, vivas, exams, or meetings as you.
  • Contract cheating, ghostwriting for submission, or buying work to submit as your original work.
  • Exam cheating, quiz completion, live test help, unauthorized assessment assistance, or bypassing academic monitoring systems.
  • Fabricating or falsifying data, citations, references, results, authorship, approvals, disclosures, or credentials.
  • Submitting drafts, model answers, examples, edited material, or research assistance as your own original work where that use violates applicable rules.

5. Quotes, Payments, and Refunds

Where paid services are offered, scope, fees, deadlines, revision limits, payment schedule, currency, taxes, and delivery format should be confirmed in writing before work begins.

TODO: Insert payment provider details, accepted currencies, invoice process, tax treatment, cancellation windows, refund eligibility, refund timelines, chargeback process, and any country-specific consumer rights disclosures.

Unless a different written agreement applies, additional deliverables, changed instructions, urgent timelines, extra review rounds, or expanded document sets may require a revised quote and timeline.

6. Revisions and Scope Changes

Revision support applies only to the agreed scope and the materials reviewed for that scope. Revisions do not include new topics, new data, new instructions, new rubrics, changed institutional requirements, or substantially expanded work unless agreed separately.

TODO: Insert final revision window, number of included review rounds, response-time expectations, and exclusions.

7. Uploaded Materials and Confidentiality

You may share drafts, instructions, manuscripts, data files, code, rubrics, supervisor comments, reviewer comments, or other documents so we can assess or deliver the requested support. You confirm you have the right to share those materials with us.

We aim to handle client materials confidentially and use them only for inquiry handling, scope review, service delivery, quality control, security, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Do not share unnecessary sensitive personal data, confidential third-party data, or restricted research materials unless you are authorized to do so.

TODO: Insert storage providers, access controls, retention schedule, deletion process, and confidentiality exceptions.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of original materials you provide, subject to any rights held by your institution, collaborators, funders, publishers, employers, or other third parties.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, Classwork Squad retains ownership of its website content, templates, processes, frameworks, checklists, generic examples, internal tools, training materials, and know-how.

Classwork Squad grants you a limited, non-transferable right to use paid deliverables for lawful personal academic or research development, subject to these Terms and your applicable academic integrity rules. TODO: Insert final ownership and licensing language for paid deliverables.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

The website and services are provided for educational, advisory, editing, tutoring, mentoring, research-support, and learning-support purposes. They are not legal, immigration, financial, medical, psychological, or professional licensing advice.

We do not guarantee that website content is always complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for outcomes caused by inaccurate instructions, missing source material, changed institutional requirements, third-party platform issues, or misuse of support.

TODO: Insert final limitation of liability, exclusion of damages, consumer-law carve-outs, and jurisdiction-specific mandatory rights language.

10. Suspension, Refusal, and Termination

We may refuse, pause, or stop support if we believe a request violates these Terms, the Academic Integrity Policy, applicable law, professional ethics, safety requirements, platform rules, or third-party rights.

Violation of academic integrity restrictions may result in refusal of service, cancellation of the engagement, loss of access to deliverables, and reporting or record retention where legally required. TODO: Align this section with the final refund policy.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

TODO: Insert governing law, courts or arbitration forum, venue, language, notice process, and any required consumer dispute resolution wording.

Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should first try to resolve concerns by contacting Classwork Squad at the contact details below, unless urgent legal action is necessary.
